Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 days business days after payment confirmation.
During busy periods (holiday, sale events), processing may take up to 4 business days
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are based on size, weight of the package and destination country in checkout.
Tokusen Curated Homewares primarily use Australian Post for deliveries.
Region & Estimated Delivery
Australia: 2-10 working days from shipping date.
International Shipping (all destinations outside of Australia):
International orders are delivered as tracked mail via Australia Post, with the following approximate time frames depending on the destination country. Please note that orders may be delayed either through Australia post, or the postal company that it is passed over to in the country of delivery.
International: 9 - 25 working days from shipping date
⚠️ **Holiday Season Notice:** During peak periods (November–January), delivery times may be significantly longer due to increased postal volume worldwide. Please order early if you need items by a specific date.
**Note:** Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, holidays, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services in the destination country.
International Customers:
Signature on delivery and insurance is not offered in Tokusen Curated Homewares's standard delivery, please contact us for pricing if you would like to add these options. Please note that import duties, taxes, and charges may apply in your country. These charges are the customer’s (buyer’s) responsibility and they are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what your additional costs will be prior to buying.
In the case where parcels are refused delivery by the receiver, or if duties, taxes, and charges apply in your country, are charged on your order, and are not paid, and as a result returned to sender – a restock fee will be charged, and initial shipping costs will not be eligible for a refund.
Your Address & Instructions:
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses given by customers. If an incorrect “ship to” address is provided on an order, there will be an additional fee charged to reflect our additional incurred shipping fees.
Please note any special delivery instructions (i.e., door codes, building numbers, floor, specific safe place delivery information) when you place your order upon check out in the “NOTES” field.
