BEFORE FIRST USE – MEDOME SEASONING REQUIRED
Before using your donabe for the first time, it must be seasoned using the traditional medome process.

• Reduces the risk of cracking

• Hand wash only
• Not dishwasher safe
• Do not soak for long periods
• Avoid sudden temperature changes
• Air dry thoroughly in a well-ventilated area, preferably upside down
